I am selling a xxxx Skyline (14 x 74 ft) manufactured home. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, utility room (for washer and dryer), kitchen with a large island, and a spacious living room with hardwood flooring. I will leave the refrigerator and stove. The home is in excellent condition. I welcome any potential buyer to come see for themselves what a great home this is. I am currently asking about $22,000 because that is what I still owe on it. The home is worth between $36,000 to $40,000. The covered front porch is included in my asking price. The home will need to be moved to your location. It cannot stay on my property because I have moved to another home on the same property and I don't need the Skyline any longer.
